SwingForPleasure.co.uk is the trading name of L@C Media. We provide an online swingers community through the www.swingforpleasure.co.uk website. The Terms and Conditions sets out the terms under which the Service is provided to you. By registering with www.swingforpleasure.co.uk you become a member of the Service.

The Service is being provided to you under the terms and conditions of this agreement and any operating rules, policies, and procedures as currently published on the website by SwingForPleasure.co.uk. Under these terms and conditions you agree not to upload or distribute in any way files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer. You agree not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service. Under these terms and conditions you must not use any device, software or routine to attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of this website. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold SwingForPleasure.co.uk, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from and against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from any breach of these terms and conditions by you. This indemnity shall be applicable without regard to the negligence of any party. We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury due to our negligence.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
You may terminate your Membership at any time with immediate effect by serving written or electronic notice on SwingForPleasure.co.uk. Should you object to any provision of the terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use of the Service and notify SwingForPleasure.co.uk of termination. SwingForPleasure.co.uk may terminate your Membership at any time by serving 1 days notice of termination on you, or immediately if you have breached these terms and conditions.

Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service immediately ceases and you acknowledge and agree that SwingForPleasure.co.uk may immediately delete the files in your account, bar any further access to such files or the Service. Upon termination of this Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees paid to SwingForPleasure.co.uk. SwingForPleasure.co.uk shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of your Membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.

MEMBERSHIP FEES & REFUNDS
SwingForPleasure.co.uk has the following Gold Membership packages available to you.

Gold Membership - 12 Months -$95.00  converted to £ on payment page

Gold membership - 6 Months -  $60.00  converted to £ on payment page

Gold Membership - 1 Month -    $25.00 converted to £ on payment page

Gold Membership - 1 Week  -     $10.00 converted to £ on payment page

When taking out the 1 month, 6 months or 12 months membership you are purchasing non recurring membership package. You will be billed the full amount for your chosen membership package. Once the membership term expires, your account will be downgraded to Silver Membership. You may cancel the membership package at any time by logging onto the SwingForPleasure.co.uk [www.swingforpleasure.co.uk] and entering in your login details, clicking on Contact Us and send us an email. If you wish to cancel your membership, we will refund you the remaining full months left on your membership.

 Also there is verotol payment processer which shows you in sterling and is recurring payment.

We will not offer any refund's should you get banned from the SwingForPleasure.co.uk website.

You agree that SwingForPleasure.co.uk has the right to assign or sub-contract any or all of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
