SwingForPleaure.co.uk - a month on ....

The site has now been up and running for just over a month now.  We have had a great response from the people that have signed up.

Since we launched we have had over 200 new users, which is great for all of us.  It means that if we  get that level of people signing up each month we will soon have a great network of people for you  all to make contact with.  So a big thank you to all of you that have passed the word on, recommended it to your friends and others you know.

We like to keep everyone updated with what we are doing.  Currently we are working hard on the marketing of the site, getting out there on the search engines and passing the word around when we visit clubs etc.  Also we are working daily on the content of the site adding new stories, links etc.  This i'm afraid is very time consuming so if we are not around in chat as much as we have been you know why.

Any comments or suggestions you wish to make about the content of the site, what you might like to see on here etc, please email us or post it in the Comments/Suggestion forum and we will look into it for you.

Just a little point to note if you go into the chatroom and there is no one in there, sometimes its worth hanging around and someone else will be along shortly to join you.  We have noticed that people come in and go and keep missing each other by a minute. 

As some of you may know we do like to go out and party and try and get down to Abfabs as much as we can.  We try and spread the word about the site while we are there lol.  We can certainly recommend it as a good place to go, check out the links page to access their website.  If any of your know of any good swingers clubs to go to that arent listed on there please email us and we will try and get them added.

As you may have seen there has been a problem with the messaging system, people have been unable to access their mail.  We apologise for this, however we have now installed a new system which is better.  The downside is that you will be unable to access your old messages or any you were waiting to read.  Unfortunately this was beyond our control and can only apologise.  Can we suggest that if you sent an internal private message to anyone in the last couple of days please send it again now.  There will be a few cosmetic changes to the new message system, but it is now up and running.

Finally please please please take time out to finish filling out your profiles, so many people are still not doing this.   If someone runs a members search you will not show up if the profile is not completed and you could be missing out on some potential meets.  Also can you all try and upload a main profile pic, it is always nice to see who you are communicating with.

If you are unsure how to do this, I will explain it now.  Click on the menu item which says 'My Profile'.  Once in there you need to click on the 'Edit' tab.  There are two options in there, one is to edit your proile, this is where you go to finish filling out your profile and the other is to add your main profile pic, click on there and follow the instructions.
